1 Providing Employment Opportunities That Embrace Diversity
Our corporate philosophy is rooted in “contributing to society through our business activities” and “pursuing the physical and emotional wellbeing of all employees.” For our group, addressing ESG and SDGs is a key management priority.
We clearly define in our Compliance Guidelines the values and behavioral standards that shape our aspirations for what kind of organization we aim to be in society and how our employees should conduct themselves.
With the support of many stakeholders, including our franchise partners, we operate approximately 800 stores both in Japan and overseas. While complying with all applicable laws and maintaining sound governance, each of our executives and employees is committed to acting with a strong sense of ethics. This is our foundational stance as we strive to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities alongside business growth.
2 Collaboration with Local Communities, Government, and Partners
We work in collaboration with government agencies, companies, and organizations to address a wide range of social issues, including resource conservation and reuse, vacant housing, and educational support for children. By building partnerships with various stakeholders, we aim to lead the advancement of a circular society together.
